How you can help us

​The Charity finances its regular activity through the Weekly Maintenance Contribution paid by the residents. However we need to source funding for major projects ie major improvements, Flood work at Aynam Road, or development of Romleigh.

Although day to day property management is carried out by our Contractor H&H Land & Estates we have a group of Trustees who have overall responsibility - new Trustees are always welcome.

You can help us by:

• Giving a property
• Making a regular one-off donation
• Remembering the Charity in your Will

• Donating building land
• Passing on information about the Trust's good work whenever possible

• Becoming a trustee - being a trustee is not an onerous task and will take up as much of your time as you wish
